Her story empowers women to follow their passion and desire to start up a company based on their personal experiences. Jessica Alba started the Honest Company because she noticed how her daughters were catching allergic reactions to cleaning products that contain harsh chemicals. She thought that there should be products out there that contain more natural ingredients. However, a lot of natural cleaning products do not clean as well as regular cleaning supplies. Jessica Alba thought of a solution that there should be well-made cleaning supplies that contained more natural ingredients that prevent hazardous deaths.
